So who are we looking for? Basically, fabulous travel sales consultants. More about what that involves is coming right up. This is your chance to decide whether you have the skills and qualifications we need.
Our sales travel consultants are our key players in keeping us the most valued and trusted travel resource available to our customers. That's where you just might come in, if…
- you have great people skills
- you want to really help people, not just collect a paycheque
- you enjoy selling
- you're young or young at heart
- you're dynamic, flexible, and self-motivated
- you're just a little bit crazy about travel!
Ideally, you're also a seasoned traveller, and you have the passport stamps to prove it. We want smart road warriors in our offices for the credibility it gives us with our customers-they know when we're talking about real experiences instead of reading them something off a brochure. If your love of travel is genuine, but you've only travelled a bit, we can still talk. Your personality, communication, people, and service skills could sway us. After all, we are a lot of fun to work for, and people like you help keep us that way!

What It's Like
In a nutshell:
Every day will be completely different as you help our customers plan, prepare and book trips throughout the world. You will gain skills, knowledge, and a sophistication about the world community that will stand you in good stead anywhere else you might go. In More Detail:
A travel sales consultant assists a traveller throughout the entire process of planning for and purchasing the components of a trip. A consultant will use his or her knowledge of destinations and products to tailor the best experience possible for a client. That knowledge is acquired from travelling, seminars and our top-notch training. To do the job, you'll need high energy, knowledge, creativity, quick-wittedness, communication skills, and people skills. Sometimes you'll need to do four or five things at once, gracefully. You'll be just as helpful to an experienced traveller as to a nervous novice. If you've got the right motivation, if you really care about your customers and about helping them create great travel adventures, the challenges will be fun, and meeting them, a source of pride.
