SATA Ticket | IATA Ticket | Electronic Ticket

In order to assist you, we'll first need to determine what type of ticket you have purchased. Please see below.

IATA Ticket: If you have an IATA ticket, click on the ticket copy to find out your options

IATA Ticket:

If you have purchased an IATA ticket, the terms & conditions will vary depending on which airline you are travelling on.

All changes to IATA tickets must be referred back to the original issuing office. By contacting Travel CUTS we will assist you with whatever services requirement you might have.

If you need assistance in locating a Travel CUTS email address, please email AssistanceEnRoute@travelcuts.com and someone will respond to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends.)

Electronic Tickets:

Otherwise referred to as E-Tickets. If you have purchased an E-Ticket, the terms & conditions will vary depending on which airline you are travelling on.

Again, all changes to E-Tickets need to be referenced back to the Travel CUTS office where you purchased your ticket.
