Ticket Issues
If you are travelling on a Travel CUTS issued ticket and you have lost your ticket, or you require help in changing
your travel times, routes or obtaining a refund, we'll do our best to help you out!
Click on the item below that best describes the type of situation you need help with:
You have lost your ticket.
You want a refund for your ticket.
You need to change the route on your ticket.
You need to change your travel date/time.
You would like to receive a credit value for your ticket.
We know this feels like the worst thing that could possibly happen to you, but rest assured, we've set up a network to help you get through this kind of thing. Simply click on the Worldwide Network button and find the closest Assistance En Route office to you. That office will, in turn, contact us and the Assistance En-Route will reissue your ticket within 48 hours. (Please remember to try to provide your office with as much ticket information as you can, including a copy of the ticket itself if possible.)
If you require a refund, the office where your ticket was originally issued is the only place that you can go. At that location, your ticket will go through a process of assessment, and upon completion of that process the appropriate refund will be issued. Please note that all tickets are not refundable.
Again, as with the refund of a ticket, you must contact your nearest Assistance En Route office, who will in turn, contact your original office of purchase in order to to determine if the change/reroute is permitted on your ticket. Oftentimes, because of a difference in flight cost, you will be required to pay the difference in the ticket price of your new ticket.
This is an easy one. It all depends on the tickets validity. You can tell if your ticket is flexible to change by looking on it for a ‘Not Valid After' date. This will let you know up to what date you can make modifications to your ticket (changes, of course, are subject to seat availability). To make these adjustments you can simply contact your nearest Assistance En Route office.
In some cases, if you have a section of your ticket that is unused you can, in essence, change the unused portion into a credit value. A credit value can then, in turn, be put towards another Travel CUTS purchase (within a period of two years). In order to find out more about credit values, contact your nearest Assistance En Route office for details.
